Develomark is a digital marketing agency located in Plantsville, CT. Develomark's mission is to become the trusted business resource for online marketing and exposure for local businesses. We are seeking a Graphic and Website Designer who is driven to help us grow your client portfolio by delivering quality design. The ideal candidate understands the aesthetic of great work but also the function of user experience. This position will work directly with our team s Front-End Web Developers and Accounts Management to create web designs that our clients love. The ideal candidate has experience with website design and graphic design using platforms including photoshop, illustrator, after effects, procreate, myfonts and other tools used for creating beautiful websites and graphics. This is a full time position where Designers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your daily responsibilities include: Designing graphics, icons, logos, banners, advertisements, and creatives for digital marketing campaign as assigned by the Develomark strategy team. Oversee s the launch and management of new website projects by proactively communicating with the Develomark strategy team on updates. Designers also work within the deadlines necessary to get the project completed in time. Communicate with the content management team and Develomark strategy team to get necessary text content for web projects. Attend client meetings at launch to collect necessary information to make the project successful in the time allotted. Meetings can be at launch, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc. Takes a proactive approach of working with clients to ensure a positive relationship and perception of Develomark is achieved. This is done through scheduled meetings, phone calls, email communications, and a strong understanding of our products and services. Meet s company s expectations regarding attendance and punctuality. Designers also follows the promise to always satisfy the client by showing up on time, being enthusiastic, and proactive with all communications. Works with the digital marketing and web team to create updates on a weekly basis for all clients. Follows all applicable calling procedures, regulations, and operational tasks assigned by Develomark. By following procedures, the Designers allows the entire company to have a positive perception from our customers. Attending and leading meetings to give company wide updates on accounts performance and potential issues with the digital team. Takes thorough notes during client meetings and assigning tasks based on that meeting to the digital team using Basecamp / project management tools. Qualifications: Personal or professional ongoing writing, related education or job experience Bachelor s degree in design, digital marketing, or equivalent 2+ years of internet marketing experience Motivated learner of new content management systems and technologies Good with details, organization, communication, responsibility Familiarity with CRM, Project Management Tools preferred Deadline-Oriented Must be able to travel to the Develomark offices 2-3 times per week Creativity in all levels of design Attention to detail Key Performance Indicators: Develomark uses several KPI s to measure the performance of this position.
