In this role you will:
- Assemble equipment (printers/copiers) in our set-up shop in the warehouse or customer sites.
- Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues being set up.
- Driving a box truck (26 foot) both locally around the area and regionally for long-distance out-of-state pickups
- Extract hard drives of returned equipment, as needed.
- Prepare equipment and schedule for next day deliveries.
- Move product around the warehouse in various ways (including forklift - will train!).
- Use attention to detail to complete and maintain paperwork in the warehouse and upon delivery with the customers.
- Other duties as needed.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- High School Diploma, or GED required.
- 2+ years of warehouse or driver experience or combination of both required.
- Basic mechanical experience preferred - to set up machines, remove hard drives, and other similar technical requests.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record required.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (ME Certificate) per FMCSA requirements.
- Ability to work with technical or non-technical people.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees.
- Must be an independent, self-starter, with attention to detail.
- Experience working on the computer - MS Office required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver s license issued in your state of residence.
