A Full Service IT Employment Consulting Firm is seeking qualified candidates for the following opening:
MICROSOFT DEVELOPER
(Hybrid-2 days onsite in Middletown, CT)
Our client is looking for a Senior .NET & SQL Server Developer to help continue to build-out, scale and optimize their industry-leading platform.
Job Duties
- Will be a member of a highly skilled development team and will work closely with all team members to develop creative, robust and scalable high-quality solutions
- Develop code using best practices and current software patterns.
- Read, understand and debug code to find and resolve various issues
- Work closely with the QA and Testing team to ensure completeness and quality of delivered solutions
- Help lead and assist with software planning and releases
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience ASP.NET, MVC, C#
- 8+ years of experience SQL Server (T-SQL, SQL and Store Procedures)
- Familiarity with Angular & API development a plus
- Experience with JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, JSON
- Familiarity with AWS s suite of solutions desired, but not required: EC2, RDS, S3, REDIS CACHE, FSx
- Demonstrated experience with performance tuning and optimization of software and relational database solutions
- Experience with load testing and performance tuning a plus
- Great problem solver.
