Assistant GM
- Open to Salary or Hourly pay
- Salary - up to $37,500.00 annual based on experience
- Hourly - up to $18.50-$19 per hour (because of calculated overtime) based on experience
- BONUS monthly at 12% to 15% of salary
- Medical Insurance paid at 50% of premiums
- Paid Vacation time
- 45-50 Hour Work week
- Flexible to work split shifts up to 3 times a week

JOB DUTIES
- Positive interaction with all guests.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Clean equipment and facility daily to include: bathrooms, dining area, and back of house.
- Memorize the Five E's of Customer Service : Eye to eye contact, Ear to ear smile, Enthusiastic greeting, Engage the Customer and Educate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships and lead a team of committed hardworking Crew members aka “The Crew”.
- Cash and Inventory Management
- Guest Relations: Promote and hold The Crew accountable for engaging in the 5 E’s with the guest. Build relationships and create a sense of community.
- Follow all policies, procedures and use operational tools to ensure success to include but not limited to local marketing systems, cash and inventory management, weekly business reviews, and staffing.
- Hire, train and instill a positive work environment that includes managing ongoing training and growth opportunities for continuous improvement for all of The Crew.
- Manage with positivity and integrity to instill an inclusive culture of community that transfers to delighting the guest during their experience.
- Manage all aspects of the BOH – receive and stock deliveries, maintain a clean and organized system that meets all the requirements for safe delivery of food as per the DOHI.
- Build relationships and partner with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage all aspects of the FOH – guest relations, makeline staffing and orders, maintenance and cleanliness of dining and patio areas, beverage station, beer tap wall, restrooms, tables and floors.
- Manage BOH managerial duties to include ordering, paperwork, scheduling, and any additional duties deemed necessary for successful operations.
- Ensure a clean work environment daily with all equipment, prep and food storage areas to meet DOHI and Owner requirements.
- Must be flexible and work a changing shift schedule to include some nights and weekends. Must be available to work at least opening or closing shifts when scheduled.
- Encourage and motivate The Crew at all times, especially during peak volume, high-pressure times and have the ability to problem solve.
- Work and partner with the Owners, bring fresh ideas and grow the brand together.

Job Requirements:
- Resolve all guest complaints to customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service
- Conduct onboarding and off boarding activities and follows through with outstanding employee documentation to ensure compliance
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality or service when general manager be
- Direct restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, brand standards execution and employee training
- Lead the entire restaurant staff
- Interviewing/hiring, food orders
- Manage the restaurant to meet company standards in food quality, food safety, and cleanliness
- Ensure all food safety procedures
- Overseeing all restaurant and catering operations
- Meet labor and food cost goals
- Manage food and beverage/banquet operations to ensure food quality, customer service and cost controls
- Meeting the restaurant's P&L
- Increase restaurant and retail sales
- Ensure quality of food and customer service
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure all employees follow inventory and cash control procedures
- Performing administrative duties including payroll, inventory, food ordering, proper cash handling
- Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
- Ensure all customers receive quality customer service from company employees
