patient plan of care by implementing:/xc2/xa0/n * Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical, electrical, mechanical, and thermal sources./xc2/xa0/n * Demonstrating safe operation of equipment and machinery and follows procedures for reporting and correcting an unsafe situation./xc2/xa0/n * Speaking up with safety concerns acting as the patient/xe2/x80/x99s advocate./xc2/xa0/n * Adhering to standard precautions including the use of personal protective equipment./xc2/xa0/n * Performing interventions to protect the patient from infection./xc2/xa0/n *
