Your Key Responsibilities
- Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
- Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
- Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
- Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
- Validate machines and tools.
- Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
- CNC Programing experience preferred.
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in a production environment preferred.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Discipline and creativity in applying skills to work assignments and projects.
- Minimum supervision necessary in solving complex engineering problems.
