We are a global leader in opening access solutions. Our Group focuses on the manufacturing of steel doors and frames within the commercial market catering to such industries as hospitality, healthcare, aerospace and defense, sports stadiums and educational markets.

This position could be based out of one of our locations preferably in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut or Mesquite.

What would you do as our Pricing Manager?

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing pricing strategies for products across the group. You will work cross-functionally with the Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams, as well as partner and support the smaller regional brands that fall under the Door Group umbrella.

You would also:
  • Work with ASSA ABLOY brand managers to coordinate discounts and develop pricing strategies that leverage full package and ensure compliance
  • Develop and execute competitive analysis of project quote requests
  • Present pricing analyses and recommendations to management in a clear and factual manner
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to evaluate market conditions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and gain market share
  • Develop tools to help capture full value of product and service offerings
  • Develop new and creative solutions to capture incremental sales and improve profitability
  • Work closely with business development team to review performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Present pricing analyses and recommendations to management in a clear and factual manner
  • Develop KPI's around Strategic Pricing for regional brands
  • Partner with key stakeholders on ad hoc pricing projects
  • Actively participates in providing a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.
  • Assures compliance with federal, state, local and corporate governance policies, regulations, and laws, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of analysis experience
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and handle tasks or projects with competing priorities
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) and Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft SQL, Cognos is preferred
