Job DescriptionI am recruiting for a CT Plaintiffs Personal Injury law firm who seeks a skilled litigation attorney with the demonstrated capability to zealously advocate for clients. RESPOINSIBILITIES:Personal injury trial experience with proven trial successes is a MUSTRepresent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligationsReview, analyze, and evaluate all case information and investigative materialsAccountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice deadlinesNegotiate, settle, and try plaintiff personal injury casesTimely communication with clients and medical providersProvide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical mannerEstablish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with fellow attorneys and support staffOccasional travel to CT courtsFollow the firms operating procedures and case management guidelinesActively practice our core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountableQUALIFICATIONS: Admitted to CT Bar in good standingProficient in all phases of litigationExcellent analytical skillsProfessional written & verbal communication skillsAbility to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of peopleAdept at working efficiently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environmentBalance working independently and collaborating with othersProactive results-focused work ethicBenefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) with a generous matching feature, a paid time off bank, and bonus opportunity.Experience:personal injury litigation: 5 years (Required)
