Casual Precision, a fast-growing media agency with offices in CA, CT and FL is seeking to immediately fill a Full Time, Connecticut based Media Analyst position. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days remote / 2 days in-office at our Shelton, CT location each week.
The Media Analyst role is in the company s performance media division which focuses on radio and TV advertising with cost per call and cost per acquisition billing models. Our roster of clients and networks requires an individual who understands the basics of the media landscape, and is willing to learn in a fast based, deadline driven environment. Must be able to analyze and make business decisions from large data sets. In additional to an analytical mindset, the role also requires creative thinking regarding campaign strategy, media placement and optimization tactics to help drive revenue goals. This also requires the incumbent to:
Develop a deep understanding of each campaign s goals, objectives, and their respective constraints
Brainstorm media strategies to ensure quality lead generation and campaign growth utilizing historical data and trending results
Monitor daily client performance and campaign delivery to ensure that strategies are implemented accordingly
Help develop efficiencies to streamline daily and weekly processes, and build out databases
Background & Competencies

1+ years of work experience in media or an agency required
High level of comfort with Excel; have the ability to understand and manipulate data to find trends or optimization opportunities with minimal supervision
VBA, SQL and Tableau knowledge strongly preferred
Ability to assess importance of tasks, following through on commitments to clients and meeting network deadlines
