Experience within technology and healthcare fields are highly desired. The ideal candidate will ideally be working as a marketing professional in a healthcare consulting and/or technology organization and has responsibility to drive revenue through measurable marketing and lead generation initiatives. We are looking for a performance-driven marketer to create, execute, and optimize our website and digital marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for driving brand awareness and preference, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention with creative, effective and measurable marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has B2B digital marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Experience is required in managing marketing automation systems, CRM, website content, social media platforms, search engine marketing and search engine optimization and reporting. Creative approaches, including strong writing skills and basic creative/design skills, coupled with a cost-conscious approach are critical for success in this role.The position will be responsible for positioning Virsys12 as a leading consulting and technology organization with a focus on healthcare and the Salesforce technology platform in the market. The position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and works closely with the VP of Sales and CEO (and other executive leadership as required) to create and execute growth strategies, sales enablement, communication, and marketing plans that align with our business goals and exceed market rates of growth. Major ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Director is a key member of the leadership team and plays a vital role in the execution of the company strategy for Virsys12 growth. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is adept with technology, comfortable working with a wide range of marketing duties and changing priorities.In addition to executing marketing campaigns that may include events, webinars, tradeshows, the successful candidate will understand digital marketing strategies including drip campaigns, SEM and SEO, website, social marketing, google analytics and use Pardot and other marketing technology to support the organization. This role will also be involved in the planning and creation of sales enablement tools such as slide decks, ebooks, printed materials, and other content creation. The role is responsible for reporting results of campaigns to the executive team on a regular basis and the status of qualified leads to the VP of Business Development. Emphasis is placed on results-based marketing specifically around lead generation.The successful candidate is driven, and comfortable working in a complex, evolving and fast-paced environment. They will possess exceptional project management, technical (specific to the MarTech stack) and organizational skills, as well as have a significant sense of pride in their work. The role will be very detail oriented and will be responsible for providing feedback to make current processes more efficient. They are comfortable working both individually and in managing a small team.The ideal candidate responsibilities and accountabilities will also include the following:- Operational efficiencies and measurable outcomes: Execute short-and long-term vision and strategic marketing plans resulting in more leads for the company and to drive growth. - Culture: Build a customer-service oriented tone and develop a responsive, effective focus on performance and measurable results and demonstrate the Virsys12 core values. Establish good working relationships and partnerships with partners and internal stakeholders.Role Responsibilities Effectively driving leads to the sales team through all efforts primarily including digital campaigns and the use of technology.Collaborates with leadership and outside agencies to develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans and manages budgets for success.Understands and reports on common marcom metrics (ad media impressions, click-through, conversion, time spent on page, bounce-back, etc) and interprets analytics data to improve performance.Executes on customer social media strategy across all main social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and company blog working to incorporate this content in a way thats consistent with Virsys12s voice and brand.Designs, produces, tests, and executes reoccurring internal and external e-newsletters. Communicates effectively with our customers within our newsletter readership to drive new pipeline.Builds, leads and manages an A player marketing structure that is accountable for obtaining both top line and bottom-line growth within budget.Provide accurate and timely reports on lead generation, qualification and deal influence from marketing efforts using Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing tools.Build upon existing content including case studies and create new content to amplify the brand message to feed lead generation throughout the year.Engage in proactive value creation activities including planning and representing the company at events and client meetings.Doesnt mind doing anything and everything. Computer proficiency using Salesforce, Pardot and other relevant marketing software and tools.Experienced in developing pipelines reports, campaign measurement reports, forecasts, budgets, business cases and value propositions.Work requires approximately 10% travel (pre and post COVID).This position is not available for candidates residing in California, Colorado, Connecticut, or New York City.
