We recognize your extraordinary potential to ensure future generations live better, healthier lives.**A Day in the Life**The Manufacturing Execution System Technician will ensure that each focus factory has a production data that is correctly organized and optimized into the MES standard to ensure that the North Haven Manufacturing site meets critical site objectives.This requires a deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems and their capabilities. The Manufacturing Execution System Technician should be able to design and implement data models to ensure effective data management.+ MES data modeler should be able to work with various data sources, manipulate data, and troubleshoot technical issues. (ERP, Agile, Maximo)+ Proficient in data modeling techniques and tools. They should be able to create, modify, and maintain data models that are accurate, efficient, and scalable.+ Analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and design effective data models. They should be able to analyze data and identify patterns, trends, and insights.+ Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and end-users. They should be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Suite particularly Excel.+ Develop operating manuals, as necessary, on all new projects to be utilized by Operators, Maintenance, and Engineering personnel.+ Modeling manufacturing processes to Fit on MES.+ Collaborate and work closely with production managers, engineers, and other team members to develop and maintain, analyze data, and implement improvements.**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**+ Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience+ High School Diploma or GED required**Nice to Have**+ Associates Degree in a technical program or other technical training/certification experience with technical capability to work with Master Data.+ Data modeling skills: must be proficient in data modeling techniques and tools.
