The ASSA ABLOY Accessories Group, made up of McKinney, Pemko/Markar and Rockwood Products is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to ensure we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers and internal teams.

As a Sales Administration Manager you will be responsible for managing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring accurate pricing across our products or services.

This is a highly visible position which will have a daily interaction with our customer service department, order entry team, sales, manufacturing sites to administer the pricing policies and procedures associated with the ASSA ABLOY Accessories Group.

What you will do:

The Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining buying and pricing programs for the Accessories Group on our web platforms, the Extranet and JDE ERP system
  • Acting as a liaison between Customer Service, Order Entry and Customers to ensure orders are processed with the correct pricing, discount
  • Setting up and maintaining part numbers, codes, costs and pricing in TrackPoint
  • Adding new customer information in JDE database and ensuring existing customer details are up- -to- date and accurate
  • Monitoring, maintaining and approving quotes
  • Working with product and brand management to set list pricing, maintain and updates price files to support product launches as well as periodic price book updates.
  • Interface with sales organization to understand the competitive environment in a region, vertical market and/or channel.
  • Identifies and rectifies issues within the pricing database on an on-going basis
  • Maintaining an accurate database of customer programs, including all pricing and freight terms, and ensures that the updates flow through all applicable systems

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years year of experience in finance, accounting, credit, customer service, and/or related technical or customer service similar field, additional education may be substituted in part experience in customer service and/or inside sales
  • Proven experience in pricing analysis, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Familiarity with pricing software and systems is a plus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
