What will the Manager of Technology do?

• Act as the eyes and ears of the organization for all IT projects, upgrades, and future infrastructure
• Visualize IT projects from conception to fruition and be the point of contact for all of the company's systems and integration
• Provide estimates and quotes to outside vendors and work with local franchise locations to implement IT upgrades to office equipment and server migrations
• Design, manage and support all Systems including servers, PC's, operating systems, telecommunications, software applications, peripherals and cloud services in a secure IT setting
• Work with management to develop goals, strategies and initiatives for the IT group that supports the overall company strategic plan

What the company needs in an Manager of Technology

• Experience supporting IT services in an Office 365 or even non-traditional IT environments
• 5+ years' hands-on IT leadership experience from a company with more than 50-200+ employees
• Systems upgrade or implementation experience
• Experience leading and mentoring and developing staff and working with C-suite executives
• Great communication skills - comfortable speaking with all levels within the organization out outside clients
• Knowledgeable on IT infrastructure and buildouts throughout each stage including assessment, planning, execution, and support
