We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.Our benefits are a good reason to come to JLL: Employee assistance programme Access to a range of well-being schemes and discounts 12 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer after 12 months of service Flexible Work Arrangements may be availableWhat this job involves:We seek an experienced Leasing Manager to Join our Gold Coast team.You will be responsible for achieving budgeted occupancy levels by maintaining the residential leasing advertising, conducting property inspections and, in conjunction with the Leasing Administrator, approving applications from potential residents.Duties and Responsibilities:Review and prepare online advertising to maximise enquiries from target marketsMaintain an on-site inspection schedule that optimises the availability of apartment viewingsHost property inspections that effectively inform and educate potential residents on the benefits of Smith Collective, Australia s first large-scale Build To Rent developmentReview potential residents applications and efficiently process and approve successful applicantsLiaise with on-site Property Managers to handover new residents seamlesslyMaintain leasing reporting systemsOther tasks requested by managementSound like you?
