Compensation Range:
$99,600 - $160,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver and support flexible, scalable website, API and call center solutions.
- Be a leader in an agile team by providing knowledge, solutions, and learning opportunities.
- Provide direct supervision of the technical support staff which may include recruitment, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with multiple teams to build new capabilities and pursue security and engineering excellence.
- Use an automation and integration first approach for security capabilities, delivering quality feedback directly in the development workstreams.
- Experience participating in all aspects of capability design, engineering, and maintenance.
- Perform troubleshooting on software, service configuration, and integration problems.
- Leading all aspects of daily technical and assisting in training new employees and reviewing the high performing team
- Coordinating with the software development team in addressing technical debt
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role
- Analyzing project briefs, requirements, and deliverables
- Be an outstanding partner with product teams and the broader organization to help efficiently achieve team goals and spread the security message.
- Provide clear communications to all team members, customers, and enterprise partners.
- Accept change and embrace new technologies in support of constantly evolving business goals.
- Provide DevSecOps guide rails to the agile team
- Be the agile team Security Champion!
- 8+ years of experience as a code-contributing member of a development or operations team, such as Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar role
- 3+ years in a management role
- 3+ years applying cloud computing services including AWS or Azure for delivering security and/or applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related analytical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proficiency with development and automated testing
- Team leadership, strong communication skills, problem solving and integrative thinking skills
- Proven experience with developing websites (Contentful), React, AWS Cloud and APIs
- 1+ years applying cloud computing services including AWS, Azure, or GCP for delivering security and/or applications.
- Proficiency with cloud/hosted Git and automation services such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Experience working within an Agile and DevSecOps driven technology culture.
- Masters in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or related analytical discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Experience and knowledge of residential real estate data
