A Kforce client is seeking an ITSM Problem Manager in Milford, CT. This position will be 4 days onsite and one remote.Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the ITSM Problem Manager will be monitoring what has gone wrong in the system, setting up meetings with teams involved in incident, asking questions on what happened, finding root cause and finding fixes
  • Gather information from people involved put it together and create root cause report
