What You'll be Doing

You'll develop budgets, operating plans, marketing and customer demo materials, and write program funding proposals as you define the product roadmap. Working within the product budget, you'll balance resources and goals with long-term market trends, and direct the completion of all product components to meet appropriate financial standards. Along the way, you'll establish and maintain relationships with the key business and IT executive teams, vendor and partner relationships to develop and refine pricing models, deliver the products and their enhancements, and facilitate alignment on product strategy, vision and roadmap.

You'll report to The Executive Director of Program Management. You'll contribute to the success of the business as you oversee and act as the subject matter expert of product strategy, development, and delivery.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Structures, leads/manages and is accountable for the most complex programs and projects
  • Lead large cross-functional project teams
  • Ability to lead thru influence
  • Work with various teams to align product and platform architectures and capabilities, ensuring product awareness and value are understood by the wider organization
  • Perform customer research and competitive analysis to gain insight, understand what attracts customers to alternative products, and keeps them satisfied
  • Balance divisional goals with long-term market trends and opportunities, and direct, establish and maintain overall regional policies and strategies for product management

What You Bring to the Role

  • Knowledge and familiarity with multiple delivery frameworks including (Scrum, Kanban), Hybrid, and Waterfall
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of collaboration and project management tools such as ServiceNow, PPM, Microsoft Project, MS Teams, Jira, and Confluence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • experience in program management, stakeholder management
  • 7-10 years in diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programs

The anticipated range is $130,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
