Position Summary
The Inside Sales and Campaign Associate is an integral part of our marketing and sales
processes. This position is primarily responsible for generating new sales qualified
leads by nurturing marketing qualified leads and performing outreach to target accounts.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
* Qualify leads generated by marketing, and nurture qualified leads to generate
sales ready leads.
* Source new leads for target accounts and perform outreach to those leads
* Triage sales qualified leads to the Business Development team
* Provide key information on qualified leads to support the success of the Business Development team
* Support conferences through pre-conference outreach to targets, and conference
lead follow-up
* Report on successful tactics to help guide future campaigns and outreach efforts
* Research and identify target companies, source company information, and
qualify new business opportunities
* Work with other teams across Precision to create and standardize new and
effective business processes
* Support maintenance of Precision s Salesforce database, identifying and
correcting missing and duplicate data
* Collaborate on marketing and sales data analysis to examine campaign success,
sales process effectiveness, and marketing ROI
* Utilize Hubspot and Salesforce to track leads and record outreach activities
* Provide reporting data on activities, results, and KPIs
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
* Bachelor s Degree in a life science field

Other Required
* Ability to work effectively with minimal direction
* Desire to learn new technologies and new skills, and motivation to be selfdirected and seeking answers and solutions
* Ability to develop and utilize cross-functional relationships to facilitate the
accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives
* Strong administrative skills
Preferred
* 1-2 years in Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing in the Life Science industry
* General understanding of the drug development and clinical trial process,
laboratory assays
* Experience with a CRM
* Some sales experience is ideal, but not required

* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines with support from management
* Exhibits high self-motivation, and is able to work and plan independently as well
as in a team environment
* Focuses on continuous improvement, including the ability to make proactive
assessments on how to make processes more efficient and people more
effective
* Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, as evidenced by ability to deliver
on commitments, an understanding of the service culture and positive
interactions with customers and teammates, including good interpersonal skills in
the areas of diplomacy and negotiation
* Communicates both verbally and in written form in an exemplary manner
