We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner, reporting to our Senior Director HR, who will serve as a strategic partner to the sales teams delivering value added HR support. The HRBP must be a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders on people initiatives driving business performance. The HRBP will embrace and flourish in a Division One culture.This is a flexible work position based in Stamford, CT (part in-person/ part remote).

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide insights and advice on people related initiatives on talent management initiatives, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation, conflict management, change management, organizational development, and training.
  • Must have analytical skills to inform talent decisions, improve workforce processes and promote positive employee experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities across both strategic and operational spaces.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interface and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • Embodies high standards.
  • Teamwork, strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted business environment.
  • Ability to take initiative, develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources generalist experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR leadership for activities such as talent management initiatives, compensation

planning and administration, employee relations consulting, organizational development initiatives, change management, conflict management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leader consulting, HR communications

  • Translate organizational needs into plans of action to achieve organizational goals and strategies
  • Act as a primary point of contact and provide counsel and consulting services to internal partners across all levels of the organization including Vice Presidents and CFO
  • Lead company-wide Learning & Development and Diversity, Inclusion & Equity strategies in partnership with the Head of Human Resources
  • Partner with Recruiting team to identify top talent, and collaborate with HR team to ensure cohesiveness of talent recruitment strategy
  • Provide thought leadership and process ownership for the compensation and headcount processes for the company
  • Participate in performance calibration, compensation cycle, workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding and engagement survey.
