Embedded Software Team Lead
We are currently searching for an Embedded Software Team Lead Engineer who will be responsible for leading a software team of 3-10 enigneers to ensure deliverables are executed on time within an Agile environment. Our client is creating revolutionary technology using vacuums, plasma, and robotics to impact over 1.5 billion people on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the effort estimate and risk assessment with the support of software architects and lead engineers. You will be assigning tasks and making sure that your team has a valid plan to execute the deliverables.
You will be working with the director of engineering and lead engineers to raise any issues on the project. You will be responsible for planning and executing sprints to meet business expectations. You will be responsible for managing the budget and resource allocation on projects.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of 3-10 software engineers
- Background in engineering (4-10+ years of C/C++ within embedded systems or related fields)
- Experience leading projects from start to finish and acting as project owner
- Experience with resource allocation for projects and project management
- Experience giving project status updates to leadership via MS Powerpoint
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience creating Gantt Charts using MS project or Excel
- Experience with motivating team members to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with MS Project for project management is a huge plus!
