Seeking an experienced Electroplating Engineer to be responsible for the development and implementation of plating processes, including the selection of plating materials, process development, and optimization. Excellent career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement plating processes for new products
* Optimize existing copper, copper alloy and other non-ferrous plating processes to improve efficiency and product quality
* Select plating materials and develop appropriate plating solutions
* Provide technical support to the production team for plating-related issues
* Troubleshoot plating problems and develop solutions to improve performance
* Conduct experiments and perform statistical analysis to validate process improvements
* Manage plating lab and analytical equipment relating to surface characterization
* Develop and maintain plating process documentation
* Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
* Participate in continuous improvement activities
* Support site level RD&I and Process Technology initiatives
*Requirements*
*1. Bachelor s Degree.*
*2. 3 or more years of Plating Engineering experience.*
*3. Electroplating Certification is a plus.*
