Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to fill an opening with an Aerospace Engineering company located in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate should be team focused, customer-service facing, and have a solid technical background with project experience.


Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician

  • Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence.
  • Team focused with the capacity for knowledge sharing
  • Written and verbal communication skills with end users
  • Technical Documentation and tracking of reported issues via email, Excel spreadsheets
  • Demonstrate a customer care philosophy that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to understand user and business needs and translate to technical solutions
  • Basic knowledge of current IT technical standards
  • Comprehensive troubleshooting skills of industry standards / products/services


Benefits of the Desktop Support Technician

  • Pay up to $45
  • On-site in Englewood, CO
  • Contract role - This is a short term contract. Duration: May 16th – Sept 2nd - 16 weeks (Week of July 4th off – 15 weeks active )

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician

  • Assist users with Azure MFA enrollment questions and solutions Day to day duties
  • Understand compatible hardware & assist with troubleshooting
  • Assist with migration failure questions and communication with scheduler
  • Enrollment Re-Kickoff
  • Knowledge of Azure MFA, Windows Hello, SSO, basic connectivity, etc.
  • Assist with application authentication problems
  • Walk users through manual login processes if SSO fails post-migration
  • Report application issues to project team
  • Communicate and Coordinate higher level issues with support teams
  • Provide Daily Status report Roll-Up of issues reported
