Job Description:
Pay Range $18hr - $20hr

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Design and implement global desktop/laptop images.
  • Develop wrappers and packaging for use in the patch distribution.
  • Define and coordinate global image rollout schedules.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams on desktop/laptop software install requirements Lead troubleshooting activities in the resolution of patch execution and deployment issues.
  • 3-5 years of experience in desktop engineering and/or desktop hardware and software configuration troubleshooting for Client and iOS-based systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the use of SCCM as a patch deployment tool.
  • Experience with various server systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments.
  • Ability to install software for and troubleshoot a wide range of applications.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good experience of Win10 upgrade is a must.
  • Mac experience is preferred.
