We bring a human touch to every treatment we pioneer. Join us and make a difference. Position SummaryCurrently, we are seeking a Dermatology APP (Advanced Practice Practitioner) Liaison in US Field. This is an opportunity to join the growing US Immunology Business at BMS and build a best in class Dermatology Organization to support the anticipated launch of a new dermatology product to treat Psoriasis. The Dermatology APP Liaison will have no direct reports and report into the Regional Lead, Derm APP Clinical Liaison.The Dermatology APP Liaison will have materials uniquely created to support them in their discussions. This role will apply a peer selling approach in a branded and unbranded facet. This role will be responsible for generating demand while collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external office staff to improve patient outcomes. The role will require a high-level of coordination and collaboration with the BMS Dermatology Territory Business Managers, District Business Managers (DBM's), Regional Marketers (RMK's) and other functions (where applicable).Key ResponsibilitiesThe Derm APP Liaison role reports to a Regional Lead and works with their team of peers and other matrix counterparts to deliver on goal expectations, provide strong Dermatology presence and education, ensure flawless execution, and build a winning cultureDemand generation of the national target base of Dermatology NPs and PAs Face to face calls on target list of NPPA Influencers within specific market (unbranded and branded)Conduct in office and out of office appts as needed to best meet the needs of the Derm APP communityResponsible for organizing and staffing National/Regional congresses as well as local/regional societies and other misc. opportunitiesResponsibility at congresses to support needs of all APP's in attendanceGarners insights and meets the needs of the APP Dermatology communityWork with a dynamic matrix team to help address customer needs and ensure we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to our customersCollaborate with other field associates to ensure a one team approach in the Dermatology officesAdhere and showcase BMS core values and principles, practice and implement the strongest of integrity principlesInput on opportunities with a solution focused mindset of driving innovationMeet or exceed sales goals, maximize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales and brand strategy in accordance with BMS policesInterpret and integrate data to develop communication strategies to drive performance and execution within the roleDevelop, review, and modify Territory-level business plans ensuring alignment with national plansDevelop, maintain and grow customer touchpointsInnovate and identify new ways to build brand equity to exceed our short and long-term goals, ensuring all legal and compliance regulations are adhered toServe as a role model for Compliance and hold each member of the team accountable for Compliance by ensuring all practices within the team are compliant with the BMS Compliance Code of Conduct, PhRMA Code, OIG Guidelines, PDMA Policies and Procedures and all other applicable laws, regulations, policies & procedures.Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:Minimum of 2 years of in practice NP/PA experience in the injectable or biologic arenaBachelor's Degree or equivalentPast or current Physician Assistant (PA)/Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification required. *Does not need to keep certification active to remain in role.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time including some weekend conferencesPreferred:Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace and the governing rules and laws.
