We are partnering with a Major Personal Care Consumer Goods Company who is seeking a 3 year Corporate Paralegal to join their Legal team. This company produces innovative shave, grooming, sun care, skin care, and feminine care products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but robust legal team that strives to maintain a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Senior Paralegal on general compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Support and coordination of Board and committee meetings and other matters including preparation of minutes, shareholder engagement, and corporate recordkeeping.
- Work closely with in-house counsel members on general litigation matters, pre-litigation disputes, and related matters.
- Support other members of the legal department on cross functional initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
- 3+ years paralegal experience.
- Experience working at or with a public company.
- Strong organizational skills.
