Clinical Trainer - Aesthetics



My client is a leading medical device distributor of innovative technologies and solutions that specific target plastic/cosmetic surgeons as well as dermatology and med spas. They are seeking to hire a Clinical Trainer responsible for assisting with the development of training, programs and demonstrations. In this role, the Trainer will support sales and marketing across a region to provide clinical support and training.


Candidate must reside in MA, RI or CT. Must be willing to travel throughout New England region approx. 80%.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with development of training and educational content for training programs
  • Provide clinical support and training to sales, management, training and marketing
  • Demonstrate ability to work with clients and provide technical knowledge and education
  • Manage client relationships during training process; product re-train as needed
  • Prepare projections, demonstrations and reports
  • Provide technical expertise in product line and support/deliver key presentations
  • Identify & analyze market trends
  • Attend and present at sponsored events, industry conferences and company meetings


Requirements:


  • Esthetician or Licensed RN or above required
  • Min. 3+ years Clinical Training experience required within the aesthetics, dermatology and/or plastic surgery industry
  • Experience with IPL devices and/or medical lasers
  • Experience working with a sales force and training
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to travel 80% - all expenses covered


Offering:


  • Base Salary $80,000 - $85,000
  • Bonus Potential up to $10,000
