As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the region s education. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead the finance function across our esteemed college group. Your expertise in business planning, financial control and reporting will ensure the financial integrity of our organisation and by maximising efficiencies and identifying growth opportunities, you will help drive us to new levels of success. You will be the strategic lead across the finance and MIS functions, focusing on expenditure, risk management, compliance and analysis of key management information to shape thinking. Your strategic decision-making skills will guide us operationally and strategically, as we expand and evolve.
We are looking for a qualified and commercially oriented finance leader. Your strategic experience, ideally in a complex and customer-centric environment, will be invaluable. With strong technical and analytical expertise, you will navigate complex revenue streams and drive commercial growth initiatives. Your exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills will allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, shaping strategic challenges with deliverable and workable business solutions.
