TECHNOLOGY SERVICES SPECIALIST III
The candidate for this position will assist with the management of the technical aspects of Bank computer systems, as well as data, video and voice communication systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the Technology Services Staff, performing various implementations and troubleshooting tasks.
Requirements for the position include a bachelor’s degree in a computer or business related field preferred (may be waived in lieu of experience), prior supervisory experience, the ability to manage small projects, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to research and prepare complex technical staff-study reports, advanced problem-solving skills (particularly with Windows Desktop Support), along with some prior banking knowledge. Experience migrating users across various operating systems and software platforms is highly preferred.
