- Our client is an established, stable and growing professional services organization located in Greater New Haven
- Due to an internal promotion, this person will serve as "right hand" to the Manager of Information Technology.

- This role will be in the office 5 days a week during normal business hours as well as local, reimbursed travel.
- respond to and support hardware and software requests
- provide end-user training
- resolve connectivity issues
- configure and install network devices
- conduct new hire technology set-up
Preferred Qualifications for the Technical Support Specialist:
- minimum 1 year of experience supporting windows desktops and laptops in a small- medium sized business setting
- experience with Help Desk support for hardware and software
- demonstrated ability to troubleshoot network and printing challenges
- Microsoft Office 365
- strong interpersonal and communication skills and service orientation
