Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support development operations setup, security, control and configurations
- Assist in audit controls and compliance while providing evidence and oversight
- Facilitate operational reviews of services, vital business functions and supporting metrics
- Manage SDLC from concepts, design, capacity, projects, vendors and operational maintenance
- Vendor management support operations to address adherence to contract and policy

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of management and oversight of production environment
- 3+ years of business systems analysis experience within the financial services industry
- 3+ years of software development life cycle experience
- 2+ years of API's and certifications on the platforms and vendors/providers
- 2+ years of security policy and security documentation management
- 2+ years of internal and external audit compliance support (FDIC, FDICIA, GLBA, SOC)
- Experience with regulatory guidelines pertaining to security of sensitive data; PII, PCI, PHI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Production support and response experience
- Experience with Consumer Driven Health Accounts Administration
- Experience with Optum Enterprise Information Security frameworks and IT security assessment processes
- Ability to navigate, submit, and pull information from EGRC policy management
- Vendor management oversight
- Audit management
- Knowledge of Optum Bank Functions and Services
- CKE (Content Knowledge Expert) or SLO (Service Level Owner) roles

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
