SAP IS-U Onsite Lead

This position requires excellent client services and SAP ISU technical skills; expertise with architecture, design, and implementation/support of SAP ISU; and documentation experience. Successful candidates should have a high energy level, experience within consulting organizations, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.
Job Description:
* Manage Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
* Design and troubleshoot SAP ISU solutions based on customer requirements/issues.
* Provide architecture and design guidance to the development team
* Coordinate with the offshore support team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the development standards to meet business requirements
* Monitor the work of the technical team and ensure standards are adhered to in accordance with SAP s Solution Extensions
* Coordinate with other technical teams to ensure compatibility with other components.
* Take an active role in the development of other team members
* Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design
* Lead team in driving and delivering customer solutions
* Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication.
Position Requirements:
* 10+ years work experience in SAP ISU consulting, systems integration, or architect role.
* Degree in computer science or engineering
* Have a good understanding of SAP best practices
* Must have excellent techno-functional expertise in SAP IS-U modules such as FICA, DM, IS-U Billing, Work Management etc. and technical knowhow in ABAP, Business Workflow and ISU-Interfaces.
* Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies.
* Experience working with ABAP interfaces, Web Services, PI, Proxy, BW, Workflow, Basis and PI will be an added advantage.
* Experience managing projects and working with a team of Engineers.
* Expertise in doing Solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders/architects.
* Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.
* Able to report both verbally and in writing to executive level
* Must have good communication skills and should have a proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
* Must possess sound knowledge of ITIL and AMS processes
* Experience in Setting up Cadences, Experience in creating decks and reporting
