POSITION TITLE: Production Planner - EPG
Responsibilities:
Review status of raw material, machine capacities or finished product in order to determine deliverability of parts as required by the customer s purchase order.
Responsible for follow up and tracking of all work orders internally as well as outside processes and report any past due items or conditions to the Materials Manager and cognizant customer service representative.
Add, schedule, print and release work orders for these products. (Includes distribution).
Generate timely status reports as required in order to keep all departments apprised of current product requirements status.
Responsible for the overall execution of product scheduling from the raw material state through the completed part for shipment stage.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum knowledge, including formal education or licenses required. Number of years and type of experience.
College Degree required.
MRP background preferred.
2-3 years relevant experience.
Strong communication and coordinating skills are required.
Must be detailed and results oriented in a proactive manner.
Must be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office programs.
1-2 years experience with ERP software, Syteline is a plus
APICS training as prescribed by management.
