Essential Responsibilities Review on a daily basis the work orders which present abnormal usage (material, labor, etc.). Close on a daily basis the work orders that are completed and investigate and analyze any significant manufacturing variances. Ensure the data in the ERP are complete and accurate and make adjustments where necessary. Prepare and review daily PL in order to track progress against budget for the month and verify proper classification of expenses across assigned location(s). Lead the month-end closing process including preparation of reporting files and presentations. Participate in formal monthly review meetings with manufacturing management to discuss assigned location(s) performance. Adopt and implement HQ Controlling model Sales variances analysis Perform periodic walkthroughs of the assigned location with the Plant Manager to discuss production and costing issues.
