Seeking Top Ranked, Well Documented Medical Device Reps

My medical device client has some of the leading products in biologically active regenerative therapies for wound and tissue repair as well as orthopedic surgery. As the current leader in the science and clinical application of regenerative medicine, their products are some of the only advanced wound care therapy of its type indicated for tissue reconstruction, trauma wounds and burns. The call points for this role include outpatient wound care centers, long term care, acute care as well as being in the OR, but NO on call/beeper!

They are seeking a Medical Sales rep to cover an existing territory ($1M) Responsibilities will include managing and growing existing clients as well as penetrating new business opportunities.

Managing and training an Associate Rep to help cover cases, run trays.


  • Medical Device Reps in Orthopedics selling Biologics, Regenerative Medicine or Wound Care
  • Experience with Tissue, biologics, Sales within Ortho, General Surgery, Colorectal a plus
  • OR experience required
  • Seeking reps with longevity in positions, with most recent role 2-4 years+


  • College Degree (Required)
  • Min. 2+ years Medical Device Sales and/or Surgical Sales experience
  • Experience selling orthopedics/ wound care products
  • Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements)
  • Consistent years of over 100% to plan with Awards, Trips, etc.


  • Base Salary + Commissions = Year 1 earnings based on performance to $180,000+
  • Compensation based on your experience / current billings of existing territory day 1
