Jr. Salesforce Data Analyst needed for a 6+ Month Contract to Hire in Shelton, CT. Will work 1-3 days onsite, rest of the week remote!
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst with experience working in a small team environment. Client is a start-up with a vision of improving financial health for all and a mission of combining people, automation, and artificial intelligence to create the world's best financial wellness platform. Client currently has ~400 subscribers and is growing rapidly.
Summary
The Salesforce Data Analyst will work independently and be responsible for the ongoing update of client's Salesforce with essential data. She/he will be participating actively in our agile-like collaborative process of prioritizing ideas and then will be a key member in building and testing prototypes and ultimately advancing those ideas to the production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (additional duties may be assigned)
- Identify, implement, and process data feeds.
- Ensures feeds are received and processed within SLAs.
- Create and monitor error reports and apply corrections.
- Improve systems performance.
- Responsible for maintenance, administration, and support of data elements.
- Ensure metadata, refence documentation, data files and data flows are accurate and up to date.
- Create mapping between fields from various sources.
- Lead data validation, resolving quality and accuracy issues.
- Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
- This role will ultimately include aspects of data science, including statistical modeling and building AI
Qualifications include
- Ability to work in Shelton, CT 1-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- 3+ years of ETL experience
- 2+ years of API experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience (Flows, Lightning, Communities, Sales & Financial Services Clouds are a plus)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Data management, modeling, and migrations
- Ability to work in an agile environment
