As we continue to grow, we are in search of an individual who will provide IT support to corporate and remote users and complete assigned projects.

As a successful IT Support Technician, you will:

  • Monitor the IT Support Request list and resolve the described issues.
  • Prepare workstations, laptops, iPhone/Android devices, cameras, and routers for distribution.
  • Complete specific projects as assigned by the IT Support Manager and Chief Information Officer.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Windows desktop operating system environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows network configuration methods and control panels.
  • Strong knowledge of basic networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of electronic devices such as digital cameras, routers, et cetera.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift heavy objects (40 lbs)
