IT Depot Imaging Coordinator - Springfield, Missouri

As an Inventory Coordinator working on-site at our Springfield, Missouri Depot you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
What You'll be Doing:
Looking for an opportunity to coordinate inventory and be a part of creating a positive employee experience? You'll manage processes to ensure accuracy of inventory. Take pride in maintaining high quality products? You'll work with teams to manage stock control and reconcile data storage systems. You'll also partner with other depots to share best practices.
You'll report to the Manager of IT, Desktop Support. You'll contribute to the success of the business by ensuring the warehouse is organized and in compliance with standards.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Image machines per ticket for required Client ramps and waves.
- Provision machines prior to handing off to Logistics.
- Monitor and resolve all Service Now tickets within established service level agreements (document all phases of the imaging process).
- The ability to learn and utilize established tools and resources.
- Understand and enforce TTEC GISR security policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned tickets within established service level agreements.
- Must work with a high level of urgency on escalated tickets.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience in PC hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Technical degree or technical certification preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of the Windows 10 Enterprise environment and basic network trouble-shooting skills are required.
- Acts with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work as part of a cohesive team and self-driven to accomplish goals.
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills within a team environment.
- Able to bring alternative solutions to common technical problems
- Language: English (primary), Spanish
- Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs
