Ability to travel 80% of the time depending on operational requirements and location. This travel will be predominantly across the US, with a focus on the north-eastern region, but travel other countries may occasionally be required.

Do you have 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Engineer servicing mechanical, electromechanical or electronic equipment ideally in the fields of Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Spectroscopy, Titration, Bioreactors, Laboratory Automation or very similar technology areas?

- This role will involve hands-on field service work primarily in US. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing a range of instrumentation and equipment including Bioreactor Monitoring Vessels, Bioprocessing and Battery Testing, as the Service Engineer you will work routinely on customers' sites within the pharma, biotechnology, chemical, battery, and petrochemical sectors
- You will be responsible for the customer after-sales experience as well as investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and eliminate future operational or service difficulties
- Troubleshooting, Installation and Repair of product portfolio Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications and upgrades
