The EHS BI Manager will support the Business Intelligence and Analytics work stream of the Global EHS COE Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics, this person will

  • Provide analytic support to drive data driven decision making and strategy across the safety and sustainability insights space
  • Support Environment Sustainability teams to provide greater insight into energy, emissions, water, and waste usage and tracking toward goals.
  • Support Safety and Compliance teams on projects to drive better outcomes and effective performance using KPIs
  • Support Value Chain and Commercial Pillars in tracking their KPIs and supporting projects to meet sustainability, safety and compliance goals
  • Provide ad-hoc EHS data reporting across all EHS pillars
  • Be persistent in the pursuit of value-add insights through the utilization of a hypothesis-based approach to data analysis
  • Support automation strategies for sustainability and safety data collection
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to translate complex business problems to non-technical business users
  • Strong analytical and technical skills required
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, tools, and tools like Jira, Atlassian suite
  • Ability to think critically and persuade business decisions with the use of data and analytics
  • Working knowledge of visualization techniques using Power BI, Tableau and Excel
  • Working knowledge of at least one data/analytics programming language (e.g., SQL/R/Python) a plus but not required
  • Previous experience working in EHS or ESG domain preferred but not required

Qualifications
  • College Degree
  • 5 + years of experience
  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (Preferred)
  • Strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills to enable data-based decision making in the organization
  • Ability to break down complex problems and come up with solutions
  • A team player that enjoys collaborative work but can excel as individual contributor
  • Ability to build partnerships and help influence decisions
  • Ability to learn quickly, becoming an expert in new topics (e.g., business concepts, analytical tools)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $133,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
