For further details, check our website: www.flytradewind.com Job Description Tradewind is looking for a full-time Director of Technology Solutions to be based at our headquarters in Oxford, CT. Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Technology Solutions provides dynamic, responsive, collaborative and forward-thinking vision, leadership and management of technology systems and services to support the goals of Tradewind Aviation. This includes the planning, development, implementation, management and maintenance of all applications, infrastructure, security, networks, technology training, as well as comprehensive support. Specifically the Director of Technology Solutions is responsible to: Oversee Tradewind Aviation's entire technology strategy Implement company-wide technology policy Identify technology needs and make recommendations to leadership team that ensure optimal employee and client experience Oversee selection, implementation and integration of all technology Select and manage vendors to support network, phone and related technologies Select and manage vendors for development of custom applications Propose and oversee technology-related budget line items Ensure all employees are appropriately trained on technology Qualifications Project management experience Experience overseeing software/app development on multiple platforms Ability to identify projects and develop solutions with minimal supervision Fluency with current technology and industry resources Additional Information Medical, dental, vision, Flex spending and 401(k) plans available.
