Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced individual that is eager to partake in a role as aClient Associate in our Milford, CT office.

Client Associate will work to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the practice through identifying organic growth and referral opportunities. This individual spends almost all of his or her time in client-facing activities so that the Advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice through marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Financial or Banking experience of 1-3 years (Fidelity, Schwab or TD Ameritrade platforms would be a plus)
  • Education: Bachelor's
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and Advisors/staff
  • Patient and methodical approach to work
  • Organized and detailed oriented with ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Word & Excel along with knowledge of PowerPoint, websites and social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Flexible and accommodating
  • This position will entail limited travel, possibly being asked to travel to other offices from time to time and help out with meetings, events and conferences.
